Running Gear
Make sure this is sorted and you have all you need in place a few weeks before race day. This will include:
- Running Shoes: Choose a pair that you’ve trained in, but not too much they are worn out! They need to suit your gait and provide proper support and comfort.
- Moisture absorbing clothing: Opt for a lightweight, breathable fabrics that will not only keep you dry but comfortable throughout the race. Again worn and run in beforehand.
- Compression Gear: Compression socks or sleeves can aid in circulation and muscle recovery.
