WARRANTY

At KitBrix, we take pride in the quality of our products that are durable, robust and hardwearing and that our products are free from defects in workmanship and materials however product issues can occur so we offer the warranties below.

If a defect arises from the intended use of the product during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part.

Neither warranty period detailed below covers damage caused by :

Third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts, punctures, scratches, dents, and normal wear and tear and the natural breakdown of colours and materials over time. 

KitBrix General Warranty Conditions:

• To approve a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must have been purchased from KitBrix directly
2. The product should be sent back to KitBrix in original packaging or adequate packaging with courier / mail prepaid.
3. Proof of purchase must be provided.
4. The product must have been used only as intended and in accordance with the care and wash instructions.

If purchased from a retail partner please revert to them for your claim.

KitBrix – 2 YEAR Warranty 

The following KitBrix products have a 2-year Warranty Period from the date of purchase :

KitBrix Hero Bags ~ CityBrix ~ ToteBrix ~ Poncho

These KitBrix products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. If a defect arises during this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.

KitBrix Accessory Products 1 Year Warranty

The following KitBrix products have a 1 year Warranty Period from the date of purchase

PoKit-Daypack ~ Dry Bag-Dobi ~ Change Mat ~ Microfibre Towel ~ Raincover ~ Kitcup ~ Racebelt

Our accessory products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a defect arises during this period, we 

We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.

Warranty Disclaimer

KitBrix reserves the right to change our product designs without any obligation to incorporate such changes into products already manufactured or in the possession of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not include these changes.

Custom Manufactured & Printed Goods

Please note that all custom manufactured and printed goods sold to third parties are not covered under the KitBrix Ltd or KitBrix Inc warranty periods. These products are manufactured for non-retail sale, tailored to customer-specific designs and purposes, and are therefore considered exceptional items not covered by a warranty.

Limited Edition Products 

Any limited edition product still under warranty will be replaced, at our discretion, with the same size product in a different colour based on availability.

Nevertheless custom specialist items made for an event sold to an events operator mean that these custom goods are not for resell by KitBrix without our partners permission and we do not hold stock of such products.
