At KitBrix, we design products to be durable, hardwearing, practical and made to withstand the demands of everyday adventures. We take pride in the quality of our materials and craftsmanship, and we stand behind every product we make.

If your KitBrix product develops a defect in materials or workmanship during the applicable guarantee period and under normal, intended use, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product or defective component.

What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear, including the natural ageing and breakdown of colours and materials over time
• Punctures, scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
• Misuse, neglect, accidents, or use outside the product’s intended purpose
• Unauthorised modifications, repairs, or the use of third-party replacement parts
• Commercial, business, or resale use

Guarantee Conditions

To make a claim under this guarantee:

• The product must have been purchased directly from KitBrix.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• The product must have been used only as intended and in accordance with all care and washing instructions.
• The product should be returned to KitBrix in its original packaging or suitably protective packaging, with shipping costs prepaid by the customer.

If your product was purchased through an authorised retailer or third-party seller, please contact the original place of purchase to process your claim.

KitBrix 2-Year Guarantee

The following products are covered by our 2-Year Guarantee from the date of purchase:

Hero Bags • CityBrix • ToteBrix • TotePack • ToteRaq • Poncho

These products are guaranteed to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If a defect occurs during this period, KitBrix will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

KitBrix Accessory Products – 1-Year Guarantee

The following products are covered by our 1-Year Guarantee from the date of purchase:

PoKit Daypack • Dry Bag Dobi • Travel Compression Bag • Change Mat • Microfibre Towel • KitCup

These products are guaranteed to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a defect occurs during this period, KitBrix will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

Limited Edition Products

If a limited edition product covered by this guarantee cannot be replaced with the same product, KitBrix reserves the right to replace it with a comparable product of similar value and functionality in an alternative colour, subject to availability.

Custom Manufactured and Printed Products

Custom manufactured and printed products supplied to third parties are excluded from the KitBrix Guarantee. These products are produced for non-retail sale and are manufactured to customer-specific designs and requirements.

Additional Information

KitBrix continually improves and updates its products. We reserve the right to change product designs and specifications without obligation to incorporate these changes into products previously manufactured, sold, repaired, or replaced under this guarantee.

This guarantee is available only to customers within the United Kingdom and applies solely to products purchased for domestic and private use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KitBrix accepts no liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity arising from commercial or business use of our products.
