We offer free standard delivery in the UK for all orders over £100.00
Standard Delivery (Hermes Tracked) - Free delivery on orders over £100.00 | 3-5 days
Express Delivery (Courier) - 1-2 days - Next day delivery if ordered before midday (delivery on Monday - Friday only excluding public holidays). Courier delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands is normally 2 working days.

Rest Of The World - Please allow 7-14 days for delivery

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of purchase and in saleable condition for a refund or exchange. If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from KitBrix, if you have purchased from a retail partner then they must also arrange your return or exchange.

When returning items to KitBrix, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked or signed for service and please ensure proof of postage is retained.
Original shipping charges and shipping costs incurred when returning items will only be refunded if the order included a faulty item, was incomplete or erroneous. Your refund will usually be processed within 1 week of goods being returned.
Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser or a credit note can be provided to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser. All gift cards are non-refundable.
KitBrix is proud of its products which are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item or if you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us at email@example.com or +44 (0) 1202 620733. All KitBrix products come with a 1 year warranty from purchase date and we will repair, replace or refund any KitBrix products which fail as a result of defective materials or workmanship under normal use within the warranty period, provided the item was purchased directly from KitBrix.
Items that are damaged as a result accident, neglect, normal wear and tear or excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been judged to be used out of context may result in the product being returned to sender.
