Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked) - Free delivery on orders over £50.00 | 3-5 days
Express Delivery (Courier) - 1-2 days. Courier delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands is normally 2 working days. Please email support@kitbrix.com.

International Shipping
We are not currently shipping outside the UK but we are live on Amazon in Europe so please head over and check out our store there. If a product you would like is not available on there please get in touch to let us know you are interested.
If you are outside Europe and not able to purchase our products directly or through Amazon please get in touch so we can see what we can do.

RETURNS POLICY
Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your purchase if you wish to return your item either for an exchange or refund. The item must be unused prior to being returned.
Exchange
- If you made the wrong choice and require a change of colour or size, we can help with an exchange. Please contact support@kitbrix.com stating the reason for return, include your order number and the address of where the new item is to be sent. You will need to pay for the return postage. A return address will be emailed to you. Once we have received your returned item, we will carry out a quick inspection to confirm the item is in sellable condition and will then instruct our warehouse to send out the new item. If we believe that an item has been used or damaged we will not accept your request for an exchange.
Return
- If you decide you do not want to keep the item and you are within 14 days of receipt of your items you will need to contact support@kitbrix.com and state reason for return and your order number. We will send you a return address of where to send the product. You will need to pay for the return postage. Once we have received your returned item we will carry out a quick inspection to confirm the item is in sellable condition before refunding you the cost of your purchase.
Fault
- If on receipt of the product there is a fault, we will ask that you contact support@kitbrix.com and send pictures of the damage. We will supply you with a return address and cover the cost of postage. The faulty product is to be sent back to KitBrix and will either offer a full no quibble refund or exchange it for the same product and send out to you on our standard 2 to 3 day delivery service.
If you have purchased your product from one of our retail partners, please arrange your exchange or return through that retail company. If you experience any difficulties please contact support@kitbrix.com
When returning items to KitBrix, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked or signed for service and please ensure proof of postage is retained.
