KitBrix Totepack Quality Control Process

At KitBrix we ensure together with our manufacturing partners that our products meet with our strict quality control policies that every product has to pass. We sent Ali Malik, our GFO (group financial controller) out to the factory to see for himself how a product is manufactured and to see our quality control final inspection for the KitBrix Totepack. We work closely with all of our suppliers to ensure that our strict quality control procedures are followed on all of our product lines. Our commitment from initial design concept through to final inspection of manufactured products is key to the KitBrix ethos: Products are designed for purpose and practical use which are robust, hardwearing, and innovative.

Ali’s Final Inspection: A KitBrix Personal Commitment to Quality

As part of Ali’s experience in the final QC inspection, he was led through each specific quality control final inspection process by one of our qualified and experienced QC staff. The final inspection is a slow process as the whole product is worked through methodically and recorded in detail making sure that when the final inspection is complete the product passes and can then be packed into a carton and ready to ship. Even the cartons that the products are packed into go through our QC progress.

There are some key areas in the final inspection，it is not just another routine check; it’s a crucial part of the process. Ali is shown how to notice faults and which are then checked by our experienced QC staff. Some of the final checks for the KitBrix TotePack included: 

• Checking for structural integrity to ensure the bag can withstand the rigors of everyday use.
• Testing zips, straps, and stitching to confirm that each functional component is fully operational.
• Assessing the overall finish of the bag, ensuring that every part of the bag meets our high standards.

Two of the mechanical tests we carried out as part of the final inspection are an ISO-S shaking and weight testing, which tests the durability and performance of every bag. These tests ensure that each KitBrix Totepack can handle the demands of the toughest users.
