A Firsthand Look at Quality Control

Quality is non-negotiable for us. During their visit, Lara and Ali conducted detailed inspections at the Mat Factory following their earlier visit to our TotePack factory facility. They focused on critical aspects to ensure durability and performance:

• Colour Consistency: Ensuring the microfiber suede colours stay sharp and bright across all mats.
• Material Durability: Testing the combination of the natural rubber base and fabric top for optimal grip and comfort.
• Stitching Longevity: Examining the overlock edge stitching, which prevents fraying and reinforces the edges of each mat.

Equally impressive was observing the overlock stitching in action. This precision technique reinforces the edges of each mat, ensuring exceptional durability even under heavy use. Seeing the level of craftsmanship involved reminded us of the care and skill that go into every item we produce.
