Cherie Pridham is the only women managing a team at UCI Continental level in the British Cycling scene. Cherie has ridden for European teams, including the Swiss based Mazza Team and the Italian-based MAPEI team.

She has also competed with distinction in seven Tour de France Féminen races (Women's Tour de France). She finished the race all seven times and gained the 'Most Combative Rider' award on two occasions. In 2004 Cherie was invited to ride for a top French ladies team, ES Gervais Lilas based near Paris, and was placed 6th whilst competing with the team in the GP le Pré Saint Gervais race.
