Filmed in 2016 mainly at their home and in the area they live in Canada, we had the unique opportunity to film both Ryan and Lindsay during a daily workout. We spoke to them about how they use KitBrix and why it helps them train, stay organised and prepare for each race. Looking back at this now, we can see just how they have both succeeded with an extremely high work-rate and their home is a perfect location to train in.
